Places I’ve visited – 2013

These are the places I’ve visited (real or virtual) around the world so far in 2013.

December 14th I was at the Friends of the Brockville Public Library’s  merrybookmas at the 1000 Islands Mall, 2399 Parkedale Avenue, Brockville.

November 30th I was at the Mallorytown Legion Christmas Craft show.

November 29th I was a guest on Gina Dickerson’s blog. You can read about it here.

November 8th Ladies’ Night at Green Things Garden and Gifts. I was here last year and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. This year, in addition to promoting my debut novel, A Shadow in the Past, I had my short story compilation with me –  The Consequences Collection.

October 26th The Wedgewood Author Series. Yup, I’m back but not with A Shadow in the Past. This time I’m launching my short story anthology – The Consequences Collection published by King Park Press. If you live local to Brockville, I’d love to see you there at The Wedgewood Retirement Resort, 15 Market Street East, Brockville, ON at 2:00 p.m.

October 9th The Teen Writers’ Workshop, Brockville Public Library from 6:30-7:30, where I’ll be reading a passage from my book, talking about my writing process, and fielding questions. Afterwards, I hope to sell some books. CANCELLED

September 21st I was at the Writers’ Corner Lyndhurst Library selling copies of A Shadow in the Past as part of the village’s annual Turkey Fair celebration. I had so much fun that I’ve asked to be on the program next year.

August 24th I was interviewed on Stacy Claflin’s blog.

August 20th I was over at Dizzy C’s Little Book Blog taking part in some Summer Fun.

August 17th Rannes Hall, Kennethmont, Aberdeenshire where I hosted the Scottish launch of A Shadow in the Past and while I was here, I was virtually at my friend, Nicky Wells’ Romance that Rocks Your World blog, and interviewed by Peggy Stanton over at Famous Five Plus.

August 15th The Central Library, Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen, Scotland where I gave a reading from A Shadow in the Past and donated a copy to them in thanks for all their help when I was researching my novel. While I was physically in Aberdeen, Nicky Wells hosted me virtually on her Romance that Rocks your World blog.

June 22nd The Mallorytown Legion where I sold copies of my novel at their summer craft sale. (I took part in their Christmas craft sale last year and had a successful, not to mention, fun day.)

May 5th I’ve been invited back to Romancing the Genres. And I also jetted off to Australia to visit with Wendy Laharnar on her blog.

April 27th I’ll be at Anneli’s Place for Tell a Story Day

April 15th I was interviewed for Tim’s Curious Questions at Tim Vicary’s blog.

April 1st I was at JLB Creatives doing an author interview with Maycly creator, Janet Beasley.

Mar 17th My feature column debuted over at Loveahappyending Lifestyle.

Feb 28th I swapped the snow and cold of the “great white north” and soaked up some virtual Lanzarote sunshine with Famous Five Plus founder Pauline Barclay.
