Turtle Pumpkin Pudding Pie<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00bc cup plus 2Tbsp. sugar-free caramel ice cream topping, divided
\n\u00bd cup plus 2 Tbsp. chopped pecan pieces, divided
\n2 packages (3.4 oz.) of light vanilla-flavored instant pudding
\n1 cup fat-free milk
\n1 cup canned pumpkin
\n1 tsp. ground cinnamon
\n\u00bd tsp. ground nutmeg
\n1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed<\/p>\n

Pour \u00bc c caramel topping into bottom of 9\u201d pie pan.<\/p>\n

Sprinkle \u00bd c pecan pieces on that.<\/p>\n

Beat next 5 ingredients in large bowl with hand mixer.<\/p>\n

Stir in 1\u00bd cups of whipped topping into mixture.<\/p>\n

Spread over pie pan (on top of caramel topping & pecans)<\/p>\n

Refrigerate for an hour. Then, top with remaining whipped topping.<\/p>\n

Before serving, drizzle other 2 T. caramel topping & 2 T. pecan pieces on top of pie.<\/p>\n
